FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does each experience last?

Sessions at our Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Hierro locations last 90 minutes, including the massage if your chosen experience includes one.
At Hammam Salesas, the Manantial experience lasts 60 minutes, including a 40-minute massage. Bruma Profundo consists of a 60-minute deep massage, with a total service duration of 60 minutes. Finally, the Aguaespuma Profundo experience includes a 60-minute massage and lasts 90 minutes in total.

What do you need to enjoy the experience?

All you need to bring is your swimwear. We’ll provide everything else. The Hammam is enjoyed barefoot, although you may bring pool footwear to use in the changing rooms only.

Are volume discounts available?

Yes, we offer special corporate discounts on bulk purchases of 10 or more Gift Cards. Get in touch and tell us what you need, and we’ll prepare a personalised proposal for your business.

Can I personalise the gift cards?

Yes, our physical Gift Cards come with a card where you can write a personal message.

How are digital gift cards delivered?

You’ll receive a separate email for each Gift Card, which you can then forward individually to your clients and employees.

Payment Method

You can pay by credit or debit card or bank transfer.

Expiry Date

Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. After this period, recipients can still redeem them by paying the difference in price.
